This villa is located a stone's throw from the heart of Saint Rémy de Provence in a tranquil setting. Large centuries-old oaks surround the house, accentuating the well-maintained Provençal landscaping.

The enclosed grounds of 1800 m² are thoughtfully landscaped, providing various spaces for the whole family to enjoy. Some may relish the pool, lulled by the gentle sound of the fountain, while others engage in a game of petanque.

The heated pool, 7mx7m and 1m20 deep, is secured with an alarm and an electric cover. Next to the pool, there is a poolhouse with a fitness room, sauna, and bar.
