The Space:
This authentic mas offers a living space of 80m² spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a charming fireplace, TV, and a desk, along with an open kitchen, dining area, and access to the garden. Additionally, there's a laundry room and a guest toilet. The first floor features a master bedroom with a bed (180x200), dressing room, bathroom, and a separate toilet. This room offers views of the south-oriented garden. There are three more bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cmx190cm) and en-suite bathroom (accessible from the living-dining room), another with a double bed (140cmx190cm - or 2 single beds), and a separate bathroom with a bath and sink. All rooms are equipped with fans, and due to the orientation and thick walls of the mas, air conditioning is not necessary. Enjoy the authentic charm of this Provencal mas.
This authentic mas offers several cozy corners for relaxation. You can spend your time on the small shaded terrace, enjoy a meal in the poolhouse, or take advantage of the late afternoon coolness around the petanque court. The terrace adjacent to the mas on the pool side features a summer lounge. The 10mx5m pool with a depth of 0.6 to 1.4m is secured by a fence. The poolhouse is equipped with a summer kitchen and a shower room with a sink, shower, and toilet. Within the property, there is a large communal parking area with an automatic gate. At the back of the mas, there is parking space for one vehicle. On the side of the parking area, you'll find a communal petanque court. Enjoy the various outdoor spaces this mas has to offer.
