This natural stone finca is situated in an absolutely quiet location in a spacious valley near San Lorenzo. The large, partly covered terrace with views of the pool and the surrounding fields is particularly beautiful.
First floor:
Here there is a large, open-plan living room with a sofa corner by the fireplace, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace is for decoration only and cannot be used. There is also a guest WC.
Second floor:
There are two bedrooms here, each with an en suite bathroom, including one bathroom with a bath and one bathroom with a hydromassage shower. One bedroom has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), the other has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Patio doors lead from both bedrooms onto a balcony with panoramic views.
Extension:
Here is a further, air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and en suite shower room, a large living/dining room with kitchenette and another bathroom.

Outdoor area:
The property has a size of 15,000 sqm. The large garden with pool and various seating areas offers plenty of space to relax. The large, brick-built barbecue area is a dream for any barbecue fan. The Mediterranean garden is atmospherically lit in the evening. Comfortable sun loungers and seating furniture invite you to relax.
Pool:
7 m x 4.50 m, depth: 100 cm - 200 cm, stair access, the pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without chlorine (except in very hot weather).
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply if additional persons are booked. There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The use of air conditioning is included in the price from 22:00-7:00. From 2023, air conditioning will be included throughout the day. Tourist tax is included in the price.
Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning on request for stays of 8 days or more. Towel/bed linen change included for stays of 8 days or more. Cleaning of the terrace and pool 3 times a week.
