Enjoy a relaxing vacation for two in this cozy, romantic finca in the middle of a Mediterranean garden with old holm oaks. As it is within walking distance of the fincas Es Garballo and Es Rafal de Sant , it is also suitable for larger families or groups of friends who want to travel together but still have their own retreat.

Finca
The interior is open plan. There is a cozy living area with a fireplace and an open, well-equipped kitchen. Next to it is the bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and a bathroom with shower. The finca has an electric radiator and air conditioning for hot days. The use of the air conditioning during the night is included in the price.

Outdoor area
In front of the finca is a lovely terrace under a veranda with a fabric roof. Next to it is a small pool and a lawn area.

Pool: 3 x 4 m, depth: 150 cm, stair access, sun loungers, cleaned with chlorine.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request.

Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: More information on tourist tax .

Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, incl. intermediate cleaning, every 7th day for stays of 14 days or more.

Extras: WLAN, hairdryer, barbecue, hammocks, dishwasher

Cancellation conditions 2024:
- up to 60 days before the start of the booking period: 30% of the price
- up to 30 days before the start of the booking period: 50% of the price
- up to 1 day before the start of the booking period: 90% of the price
- on the day of arrival: 100% of the price.
