This wonderful villa located near Sant Llorenç welcomes 5 guests.

The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Certainly, the highlight is the private chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a constant depth of 1.5 m, which will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. There are sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing, a barbecue and several furnished areas where you can enjoy a meal or a drink at the end of the day with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The property is distributed on a single floor and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with AC, fireplace and Smart TV, leads to the kitchen, which has a gas hob and the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. There are three bedrooms at your disposal, two with double beds and one with a trundle bed. One bedroom has direct access to the terrace. Two bathrooms with shower, one of them outside, service the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The property is in the area of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, a popular destination for those looking for a quiet and relaxing experience. The village itself is very authentic, thanks to its narrow streets and stone houses typical of Mallorcan architecture. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, in just 10 minutes by car you will reach Cala Millor, an extensive sandy beach with turquoise waters and an excellent infrastructure that will allow you to enjoy both the sea and a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants where you can discover the delicious local gastronomy.

- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
- You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
