Known as the ‘Pirate Town’, Omis is rich in history, with ancient churches, fortresses, and a dramatic coastline of jagged cliffs and turquoise sea. The town offers excellent dining, shopping and entertainment, including the lively Omis Summer Festival with a cappella concerts and pirate performances. Adventurous visitors can enjoy rafting, canyoning, rock climbing, kayaking and ziplining in the Cetina River canyon.
