*The OUTDOOR - pool level, the 3rd-floor level. The heated private pool 7m x 4m features hydro-massage and has a sophisticated led colored lighting system to enjoy the evening swims. A sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, additional 6 patio chairs and the dining table with sun-umbrellas. The sunsets from here are simply amazing and the views on the Omiš town lights, and on the island Brač in the evenings are also breathtaking.
The outdoor at the 1st-floor level is located in front of the living area and offers a large wooden dining table for 12 people and a Kamado Joe grill, with panoramic sea views giving you a really nice feeling while enjoying al-fresco. There is also a lounge corner for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evenings or having a morning coffee with spectacular sea views. There is outdoor table tennis at your disposal too.
* The 2nd floor ( with separate entrance) offers a spacious living area (40sqm) with a comfortable sofa, TV, A/C, a panoramic window, a fully equipped kitchen (the oven, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, and an American style fridge freezer with an inbuilt ice making dispenser...and more), dining area with exit to a terrace with sea views, Family bathroom with a shower, toilet and a bidet, and another smaller family bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
