From this airy space, a hallway leads you to a fully equipped kitchen and basement where is a wine cellar with a nice selection of wines. On the same floor, there is also a simple bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate toilet with a shower.​​

Besides the beautiful interior, from the main ground floor, you can step onto a large stone terrace equipped with sun chairs, sun umbrellas, outdoor seating furniture, and a swimming pool.
