The villa is inside a jewel in the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, an unblemished paradise protected by the marine area of Tavolara, of which it is part; a beach of fine white sand, dotted with juniper trees and mimosas.
The villa is located in the Lu Impostu marina, one of the most beautiful areas of the whole island, we are in San Teodoro, in one of its hamlets, Lu Fraili, in north-eastern Sardinia, at the beginning of the Gallura territory. The area is known for its natural landscapes, the crystal clear sea, the granites, the uncontaminated nature but also for the organization and services. The villa is located 2 km away from the Puntaldia Golf Club and has a unique peculiarity: crossing the Mediterranean scrub garden, of approximately 4000 square metres, you arrive via a path to the small beach in front of the house which can be accessed from land only through the villa, so it's like being on about 300 square meters of private beach, but you can access it freely from the sea. Returning inside the garden, a two-minute walk takes you to the house.

The garden has an entrance for cars and at least four parking spaces inside, we are immersed in the colors of the Sardinian scrub, among myrtle, mastic and fruit and climbing plants, almost meditation corners have been created in the garden, on one side you access a small terrace with two sun loungers overlooking the sea, slightly separated from the house which give maximum privacy. In the center of the garden, among the fruit trees, there is another area set up with chairs and armchairs in which to enjoy nature from inside and 200 meters from the house there is the entrance to the beach where you enter a stretch of this location dedicated to guests and almost unique.

The most emblematic beach, La Cinta, closes itself up north with Puntaldìa. Right after the promontory, you will find two other San Teodoro jewels, with such beautiful sand and sea that it is hard to pick a favourite. One is called Lu Impostu (“place of shipping”), a name whose origins are unknown – perhaps it was once a trade post and shipping place. What we do know is that it is a natural work of art, one of the main attractions in the Gallura. One kilometre long and very wide, this beach is made of dunes of very fine and soft sand, white and glittery, dotted with juniper trees and mimosas, thistles and sea lilies. The clear water reflects sunbeams, looking anything from azure to green. The shallow bottom is perfect for children; it is mostly sandy and gently deepens as you move away from the shoreline.
Going up the access stairs to the first floor we find a large veranda with a breathtaking sea view, a place set up to create relaxation, lightness, peace and aromas of Sardinia. The veranda gives us access to the large living room furnished in an original way, with TV and wifi, ethnic furnishings, particular paintings, objects arrived from the owners' travels around the world. From here you access a well-organized kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven and a rich assortment of utensils and appliances. Also from the living room there is access to a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink and from the living room there is access to two double bedrooms, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, in a smaller room of the two there is a toilet, sink and shower, in the larger bedroom there is a bathtub, separate shower, toilet and sink, both bedrooms are cooled with two very good ceiling fans, but the house has a natural cool on the ground floor which is in line of area on the sea. The living room does not need air conditioning given the exposure.

From the first floor, an external staircase leads to the ground floor divided into two parts, on one side we find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink, while on the other side we find two other bedrooms , The first bedroom is single and has a small en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, the second bedroom is a double bedroom with two single beds and a more spacious bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet.

The house is designed for a total of 9 guests and children can also be accommodated in camping cots. We are in a context where nature really gives us the best it can with a house in a unique and inimitable position and with a stretch of beach that projects us into the colors of the wonderful Lu Impostu and in a context of absolute peace.
