The villa is completely independent and has a garden of 1800 square meters with all the Mediterranean scrub, the olive trees, that is the wild olive trees from which the house takes its name, other agave, lavender and hibiscus plants enrich and color the garden that has large parking spaces and green lawn areas in which to set up areas for sunbathing at all hours of the day and a barbecue area with an outdoor shower. From here you access a panoramic terrace overlooking both the sea of Lu Impostu on one side and that of Puntaldia on the other.
From the panoramic veranda you enter the living area of the house with a large living room with sofas and dining area and a separate relaxation area with other sofas which during the summer becomes completely part of the veranda, opening the large windows overlooking the garden. The living room then leads us to the kitchen of the house, modern, with hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and a large amount of kitchen utensils. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a first service bathroom.
All the rooms of the house are air conditioned, we are in a modern structure built entirely of pink granite and wood with very high attention to detail and a play of lights inside and outside that greatly enhance the environments both during the day and night.
The living room leads to the first sleeping area with two double and spacious bedrooms that have both bathrooms inside the bedrooms with toilet, shower and bidet, all bedrooms also overlook the garden of the house, in reserved areas, there he always feels immersed in nature, no matter where he lives.
Always from the living room you access, through an internal staircase, the second sleeping area of the house. Before arriving there is a relaxation area with some gym equipment as visible in the images. This area leads to the other two bedrooms, a double bedroom with a complete internal bathroom and another double bedroom with a single bed and which always has a complete bathroom inside. The whole area on the ground floor of the house is also fully air conditioned and has access to the lower part of the large garden of the house which is approximately 2000 square meters in total.
The cove opens in front of the imposing profile of Tavolara with a backdrop of fine sand with bright reflections, low and transparent waters and rocks smoothed by the wind. Puntaldìa, whose name - a lookout or guard point - reveals the strategic importance of the location, is the northern end of the Cinta and represents the continuation of the symbol beach of San Teodoro. The small mouth of the Theodorine lagoon separates them. The splendid coastline of Lu Impostu is the northern limit. Here you will find small bays with rocks embellished by the Mediterranean scrub: through paths among the rocks you can move from one cove to another.
Puntaldìa is particularly recommended because it is sheltered from the wind in the case of a north or mistral wind, and thanks to the shallow backdrop suitable for children. At the same time it is loved by windsurfers, who can deploy their sails just outside the bay. It is half of fans of other water sports, diving and golfers.
