The villa is in the perfect location, rural, close to the city of Imotski but with easy access to the coast.
The tunnel Saint Ilija through the heart of the mountain Biokovo takes you straight to the beach. The house is situated 30 km from the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Coast and 35 km from the city of Makarska. There is a ferry line which runs a few times a day from Makarska to Sumartin on the island Brac.
From the house by car you arrive to Split for an hour, Dubrovnik 2 hours, Krka National Park and Trogir 1 hour 30 minutes. Split is very popular destination becuase of its numerous historical sights and attractions. Few kilometers further is historical city of Trogir and an airport.
The villa is furnished with an elegant taste, a bit of luxury, but still a home-like feeling.
The garden is spacious and equipped with many facilities for entertaining children of all ages: playgrounds for football, badminton and basketball, trampoline, swing, slide.
Table tennis, darts, 6 bicycles and exercise equipment are additionally available.
Pool is heated, big enough for proper swimming, but with a shallow area for toddlers.
