The holiday home is located in the tourist area of Sa Coma in the Comarca del Levante de Mallorca in Sant LLorenç Des Cardessar, in a residential development just five minutes walk from the Sa Coma Beach and the great shopping avenue , supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, car and bicycle rental, medical consultations, hairdresser, equestrian ranch, tennis courts, gym, etc.

The house is on a private plot of about 1.000m2 fully fenced, has indoor parking for several cars. It has a private outdoor pool of 10x5 m, with outdoor shower. It has a wood-burning barbecue and eating area next to the pool.
In the garden there is at your disposal a pin-pong table, a minifutbolin and various play utensils for the pool.
The house has a total of 400m2 built, distributed on two floors and basement with restricted access, with 6 double rooms with air conditioning (hot and cold), 5 bathrooms with electric radiator and 1 toilet.
Capacity for 12 adults and four babies (with up to four travel cots, four high chairs for eating and four strollers for children up to 4 years old).
Its comfortable living room has several sofas and a TV with satellite dish, Wi-Fi, books, DVDs and several table games.
Its large and bright kitchen with capacity for 12 people is equipped with microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers, sandwich maker, toaster, water heater, tea machine etc.
The bedrooms are distributed, two on the lower floor and four on the upper floor. Those on the upper floor have two of a large open common terrace and two of individual balconies. Each room has a hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, bath towels, towels for the pool / beach and replacement of sheets and towels.
Five rooms each have an en suite bathroom (4 with large showers and 1 with a bathtub on the upper floor)
The house has a safe.
It has next to the pool a covered terrace of about 50 m2 with area to eat and rest.
They have several sunbeds for sunbathing and resting by the pool.
The beach of Sa Coma, with blue flag quality is only five minutes walk from this house, it is a beach of more than 800 meters in length, it is characterized by being of fine white sand, clear waters and tourist services of quality. It is also close to Sa Punta de N, Amer (Natural Area of Special Interest) and other beaches in the area.
The Rafa Nadal Academy and Museum is only 18 minutes away by car.
The house is perfect for holidays throughout the year for its wide variety of activities and the tranquility of the area.
For stays longer than 10 days a change of sheets and towels is included in the price of your stay.
The time of entry to the house is from 1 pm to 8 pm
Outside these hours and for entry after 20h must be hired in advance and subject to availability, with an additional supplement to be paid by check-in at night, to be confirmed in each case with the property when you have the schedules of your flights and always before arrival.
If for reasons of your arrival flight you want to enter the house before 1pm you can request in advance of your arrival and subject to availability the entrance to the apartment from 9am paying a supplement for additional hour of early occupancy of the house to consult with the property.
The departure time of the house is from 8 am to 1 pm.
Outside these hours you must hire in advance and subject to availability the departure of the house before 9 am with an additional fee to be paid by late night check-out and to confirm in each case with the property when you have the schedules of your flights and always in advance of your arrival ..
If for reasons of your departure flight you want to leave the house after 1pm and BEFORE 6pm you can request in advance of your arrival and subject to availability the departure to the apartment until 6pm as a deadline, paying a Supplement for additional hour of prolonged occupation of the house to consult with the property.
