Katopodis Mansion is just 50 metres away from Vathy’s waterfront and its private location escapes the occasional bustle of the village but allows easy access to Vathy’s shops and tavernas. Following the progress of the local fishermen you can be the first one down to choose from the daily catch.

Many of the island’s beaches are only accessible by sea – hire a boat with outboard, keep it moored below the villa and use it to explore the island rather than by car.
