On the first floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase located in the living room, there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Guests can access all the habitable rooms of the house, an outdoor shower and a gazebo, take advantage of the large parking lot and the area overlooking the building surrounded by greenery (visible in the pictures of the description) of about 300 square meters.
