The property is on the ground floor and is spread over a single floor for an internal surface area of approximately 55 m2 and an external surface area of approximately 80 m2; it is composed of a living room with dining table, double sofa bed and kitchenette; two large double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The house is completely fenced and has an external courtyard in front of the house and a large porch equipped for outdoor dining, complete with external kitchenette and external shower.

Important Notes:

- check-in in our Agency from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small pets allowed, with a €30 cleaning fee
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
