Description

Il Fienile di Fabio is a detached house with an outdoor swimming pool (approx. 36 sq m) for the exclusive use of guests. The garden and outdoor area are private and furnished with sunbeds. The house is immersed in the countryside of Florence, about 40 minutes away, in a quiet position. The house is well furnished inside, complete with kitchen equipment. The veranda is equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.

Play area with table tennis, table football, slide and swing for the little ones.
Gym equipment. Mosquito nets for all windows and parking space inside the property.

We recommend visits to Lucca, Pisa, Livorno and an excursion to Garfagnana or to the sea in Versilia.
The owners live in the house, behind the Fienile, which they access from a separate entrance; therefore Fienile Fabio's guests have guaranteed privacy on the veranda, in the garden and by the pool.

Inside Fienile di Fabio you will find a spacious ground floor and a mezzanine first floor. The interiors are well furnished and cared for.

Well-equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, American coffee maker, kettle, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and in addition a fireplace and wood-burning oven. From the kitchen you have access to the outside veranda.
Living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system.

Bedroom with double bed and a single bed, small bathroom with washing machine and hoover
