On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa and fireplace, satellite TV, dining room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, here is also a double bedroom with private shower/toilet and extra toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and with access to the shared balcony with sitting area a panoramic view of the beautiful sunset.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers a WLAN, and biilliards and table tennis are avaliable for guests.
