Villa Reggia translates from the Latin as ‘Villa Royal’ and if ever a holiday home matched its description, this is it. From the terrace, you can throw a stone into the blue Mediterranean although you have to be careful you do not hit anyone sunbathing on the little beach. Not only is it first line to the sea, but this luxury villa offers all the easy comforts of a luxurious home. A private and immaculately kept pool, a manicured and enclosed garden, a large covered terrace for al fresco dining, a custom built barbecue area, a large spacious independent kitchen with breakfast area, a great but cosy open plan living and dining area, state-of-the-art bathrooms, a huge master bedroom with kings size bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi-bath and separate shower; but the jewel of the crown of this bedroom is after waking in the morning, you walk onto the balcony and take in those breath-taking views and smells of the sea. There is also a coastal walk that brings you the wonderful beach of Cap Roig at five minutes and the excellent Pepe’s Chiringuito that overlooks the beach and is known for its prawns a la Gabardina.
