This authentic house from the 18th century is located in the rolling hills of Monferrato. It has a private swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th) and it is very suitable for sun holidays with family and friends. The owner lives in the other half of the house.
The region is rich in flora and fauna and is ideal for hiking. It also has an impressive (art) history and great gastronomy (Alba truffles and Barolo). Visit the most beautiful castles in Italy, such as the Castle of Camino, the Castle of Uviglie, and the Castle of Razzano, all less than 30 km from the residence.
You can soak in the sun on the sun-loungers after a fantastic dip in the pool. There are multiple gardens with furniture so that you can relax. You can also read a good book on the veranda reachable from the outside. There is a well-equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite dishes and the property also offers to park.
