The living room has a smart TV with streaming services and a sofa that can be pulled out if you need more space.
Villa Viviana has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have a large double bed, desk and wardrobe. The bathrooms are modern with a shower and toiletries and one bathroom has a double sink. The villa also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is particularly useful if you are planning a longer stay and do not want to take a lot of luggage with you.

Less than a 20 minute drive away is Pula, a city full of monuments from Roman times, and further afield you can reach the very south of the Istrian peninsula, where unspoilt nature and wild beaches await. Fažana is also close to the villa and can be reached by walking along the seafront. In addition to its charming seaside architecture, Fažana offers opportunities for excursions to the Brijuni National Park, which is just across the sea.
