The villa is located in Cónchar (Villamena), in southern Spain. Nestled in a portico and only 100 meters from the town center, the villa enjoys magnificent views and is ideal both for excursions and for a relaxing getaway. The villa has 270 m² of living space plus 300 m2 of garden and consists of 2 living rooms, 2 well-equipped kitchens, 6 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a satellite TV, a baby cot and two fireplaces.
The private outdoor area consists of an outdoor pool and barbecue, which can be used all year round, along with a furnished balcony and a partially covered terrace. In addition, there is a furnished garden full of citrus trees.
The surroundings are quite calm and have many hiking trails. The nearest restaurant and bar is a stone's throw away (14m), where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes by car (6 km), the nearest beach (Salobreña) is 30 minutes by car (46 km), the city of Granada (Alhambra and Generalife) is 20 minutes (28 km) and the Sierra Nevada ski resort is 1 hour away (57 km).
The privileged situation and the nature that surrounds the Villa, is the differentiating element compared to other rural accommodations.

Activities in and around Cónchar
Cónchar is an ideal holiday destination and the perfect base for exploring Granada. There are many things to see and activities to do, both for culture lovers and those who want to do outdoor activities.
If you rent our Rural Villa in Cónchar, just 20 minutes from Granada, the activities you can do are numerous both in winter and summer. Here we recommend some activities, near the Villa:
1.- The Alhambra in Granada: From Cónchar to Granada, it only takes 20 minutes by car. The short drive is scenic and there are plenty of parking options once you get into town. Granada is home to the world famous Alhambra, a must see for any visitor to Andalusia. There are also many other places of interest such as the cathedral and the Generalife gardens. Granada is a lively city with much to see and do.
2.- Costa Tropical: This gets its name from the warm climate that this region of Granada has, where small towns and villages dot the coast. The beaches of Salobreña, Motril and Almuñecar are the closest to Cónchar. All of them have clear water and are perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. If you are looking for a more active day at the beach, there are also several beaches that offer windsurfing and other water sports.
3.- La Alpujarra: It is a 70 km long mountainous region located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada and made up of 25 municipalities whose capital is Órgiva, located in the Guadalfeo river valley. If you still do not know this enclave, I remind you that there are 10 towns that you cannot miss. If you are looking to explore the area, Cónchar is an excellent place to start, because in just 30 minutes by car, you will be in the Alpujarra towns.
4.- Sierra Nevada: Visiting Sierra Nevada is an excellent idea at any time of the year. In winter, you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding on some of the best slopes in Europe. In the summer months, Sierra Nevada offers you numerous outdoor activities; hiking trails winding through lush pine forests and meadows, mountain biking trails or more daring activities
