Holiday home for 4 people in El Pinar, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.

The house is located in the middle of a 15,000 m2 plot, which is reached through a concrete path. The main entrance is located in a terrace that goes forward to offer us part of what we will find when crossing it: Light and landscape.

We enter a kitchen / dining room with great light and descending a few steps in a continuous space, we find ourselves in the living room. In it, we can find the home, an exit to the rear terrace with a barbecue and a staircase that descends to the basement where the bedrooms and the toilet are located. Its windows will allow us to enjoy natural light and views over the Béznar reservoir, as well as contemplate the foothills of Sierra Nevada on its south face with the Cerro del Caballo.

From the bedrooms we can see the same landscapes as from the kitchen / dining room and the living room, as well as the possibility of enjoying the tranquility offered by the calm waters of the pool. The toilet, just in front of the descent of the stairs, also has natural light and ventilation through a skylight.

In line with the natural environment in which it is located, it is a careful construction with the environment and has a supply of photovoltaic and thermosolar energy, supported where appropriate, with propane gas.
