guests each, for a total of 6 bed accommodations. Pets are allowed.

Villa
Monte Cannone allows you to enjoy an exceptiona panoramic view on the
Adriatic sea and the surrounding lush vegetation of the Murge area. The
holiday home was built following the details of the typical Apulian
architecture, which is simple yet refined, with prestigious materials
and details and outdoor equipped areas with comfortable sofas, a dining
area and a built-in barbecue.
The swimming pool was built on the side with view on the sea. All around it the solarium with beach beds and tables, framed by typical dry-stone walls which guarantee privacy.
Villa Monte Cannone consists of 2 independent holiday homes which open into the living room with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with heated furniture. Moreover, there is a washing machine and outdoor showers.
At
night, the villa is illuminated by the suggestive lighting which makes
the garden more charming, with view on the lights of Fasano centre.

Villa Monte Cannone is by the Fasano Selva,
a nature oasis characterized by many Mediterranean plants, trulli and
caves. The villa is 12 kilometers away from the sea and the beaches of Savelletri.
Thanks
to the Safari zoo and the exclusive San Domenico golf club, this
tourist area is full of events, ideal for those who want to discover
traditions and the beauty of the landscape. It`s a few kilometers away
from Polignano a Mare and the Castellana caves.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Fifth and sixth bed available with extra price of euro 50 per day per person upon request.
