If you are looking for a spacious Apulian house in the middle of the Valle d'Itria and close to some of Puglia's most beautiful beaches, this is the house for you. Our villa, in Puglian style, was completely renovated to high standards.
The mainhouse consist of a large kitchen and sitting room and a very comfortabel double bedroom (trullo) with en-suite bathroom with a large bath.
Adjacent on the main square is a trullo complex consisting of 2 smaller double bedrooms and a nice trullo bathroom with a shower.
Also located on the main square is the 4th double bedroom suite with a beautiful view and large bathroom. (on request we can put an extra single bed in this room)
In front of the main house is a large covered terrace with ample space for dining table and sitting area and beautiful view on the gardens and surroundings.
The house is surrounded by 9000m2 of gardens, fields, orchard, and some large trees that provide cool shade in the summer.
The house is situated in a small enchanting village close to all amenities and sites that Puglia has to offer. Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, and Monopoli are all reachable within 25 minutes. The fine sandy beaches of Capitolo are 15 minutes away. San Domenico Golf Club is 20 minutes away.
Our house overlooks the Piana degli Ulivi, a valley between Ostuni, Fasano, Monopoli and Carovigno, that has the highest concentration of thousand-year-old-olive trees. To see it with the Adriatic sea in the background is breathtaking!
