This was our house when we lived in Italy. It's located on an olive-grove covered hillside overlooking the Terni valley. The house Is fully furnished, cozy and comfortable. It has two regular bedrooms, an attic-bedroom, and two baths. It sleeps four adults In the two bedrooms, and three more In the attic if more accommodations are needed. The location is very convenient for day trips to Rome (one hour away by car or train) and the Lazio region, all other Umbrian cities (Todi, Spoleto, Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia are all reachable in one hour or less), as well Tuscan destinations like Cortona, Siena, the Chianti region and Florence (two and a half hours away by car). Local attractions in the Terni area are the Marmore waterfall (a highlight of the European Grand Tour) and the Valnerina, Lake Piediluco, the Roman archaelogical site of Carsulae, plus several nearby medieval hilltowns with local art and cuisine to choose from.
