In the municipality of Calvi dell'Umbria, about 90 km from Rome, 30 km from Orte and 37 km from Terni is the property Il Pago. It consists of an old farmhouse, completely renovated in the late 1990s, which is spread over two floors; a large outdoor patio, a swimming pool and large garden complete the property.
Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the double living room and large kitchen can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Outside, a wood-burning oven, a large grill and patio tables are available to guests for outdoor dining.
