This wonderful Villa Ammos is located on a long sandy beach on the south east of the island between the charming town of Lefkimmi and the bustling, vibrant resort of Kavos. Lefkimmi is the second largest town on Corfu after Kerkyra. It is built amongst the olive groves and vineyards of the area. The harbour offers daily ferries to Igoumenitsa on the mainland and trips to Paxos and Antipaxos and around the island. Lefkimmi is good for supermarkets as well as having a delightful selection of bars and restaurants. If you want to head for an organised, busy beach then you should head for the 8km of sands at Kavos.
