Villa il Leccio is characterized by a large, very well-kept garden of about 3,000 m², enriched with terracotta pots, flowers, shrubs and other trees. It is connected by paths to the gardens of the other 3 villas belonging to the estate and is equipped for outdoor dining with table, chairs, a portable barbecue and large trees for shade. About 200 meters from the villa is the rectangular swimming pool measuring 6 x 14 and with a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 meters, equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, an outdoor shower with hot water, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor kitchen with fridge, microwave, table and chairs.
