Our house consists of 4 bedrooms, an open kitchen on a large living room of 60m², 2 shower rooms and a bathroom, sleeps up to 10 people.
A heat pump provides heating reversible mode refresh the summer ensuring a comfortable interior with 24/25 °.
• Rooms: different inspirations in the decoration for each of them (inspiration, 'travel', 'navy', 'cinema', 'ethnic'); 2 have a private bathroom, the other 2 share a large bathroom.

A fourth and final exterior wood terrace facing the kitchen and dining room, offers a magnificent view of the Esterel and Montauroux (do not miss the sunsets)

The 3500m² garden is planted with thirty olive trees, cypresses, 3 majestic lime trees, a cedar, pines and other Mediterranean species
The pool (private): 9. 5m x 4m surrounded by its beach and facing south has no vis-à-vis. It can be used from May to October thanks to its heat pump which ensures a temperature between 26 ° and 27 °. Good news for people allergic to chlorine, disinfection of the pool is by ionization salt, which gives a very soft water and non-allergenic.
A newly installed petanque court (2017) will brighten your afternoon (pétanque balls available to you)
The fountain brings the freshness of its lapping during the hot summer afternoon
