All bedrooms have an outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy moments of quiet, reading or meditation. The swimming pool is 14 meters long x 3.60 and allows you to take nice swims. The pool is open from May 1st to October 10th. The garage can hold three or four cars. An additional uncovered parking space can be on the external ramp of the garage, inside the main gate. Throughout the house there is natural parquet so you can always go barefoot. In the evening the house is hit by the breeze that comes from the mountain, so it cools naturally. The area is very quiet and the garden and the swimming pool have a good level of privacy to allow you to move around with extreme freedom. It is a very family-friendly house, because it is located in an area with many useful services: the supermarket is 100 meters away, as well as two excellent bars for breakfast or an aperitif. If you want an elegant restaurant, "La Darsena" is 250 meters from the house and you can have a romantic dinner facing the lake. If you want a good pizza, you can go to the pizzeria "Rimbalzello" which is 250 meters away. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Here you can leave your car at home most of the time and avoid the stress of the main road.
