The house is surrounded by a 24m2 porch where you can enjoy wonderful evenings outdoors with family and friends. Near the porch there is also 1 fixed barbecue where you can enjoy cooking outdoors. Besides all this, this property has 1 gym with 2 machines on the 1st floor, and an area in the courtyard where you can play basketball and table tennis. The privacy of this villa is partial and has outside space to park 5 vehicles, as well as a charger for electric cars.

The air-conditioned living room with fireplace is the ideal place to relax watching satellite TV, a DVD movie or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is open to the living room and there you can enjoy long after dinner talks with your loved ones. The property’s kitchen has everything you need to unleash your imagination cooking your best dishes, including gas stove.
