Enjoy a relaxing holiday at the Finca El Retiro. By being located in a quiet, secluded spot on an 18,000 square metre plot, you can escape the everyday sounds of civilisation and let your soul unwind in the midst of a well-maintained outdoor area.
Ground floor
On the ground floor is the cosy and bright living room with a large fireplace, TV and sofa. The room also has a desk, so this finca is also suitable for people who want to work in a relaxed atmosphere. The dining room is in a separate room. Through a large window front, it is very bright and opens onto the fully equipped kitchen. On this level there is a bathroom with a shower.
First floor
On the first floor are the three bedrooms of the finca, each with a double bed (160x190 cm). One bedroom has a small private balcony, the other two have access to the large balcony across the entire front of the house. From here you have a view as far as the island of Cabrera. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. For the others, there is a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and there is central heating throughout the house for the winter months.
Outdoor area
In the well-maintained outdoor area, various places invite you to linger: On the large terrace, a veranda provides shade. Here you can relax at a large dining table or in a chill-out area. Another dining table is located behind the house. At the infinity pool there are sun loungers with a view of the beautiful countryside. A small outdoor room houses the washing machine. The finca is particularly suitable for families with children, as they have plenty of space to play and romp around on the large outdoor grounds.
Pool
12 x 4 m, depth: 120 - 180 cm, stair entry, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower at the pool. The water disinfection is done by an automated salt electrolysis system with an additional UV filter, ensuring impeccable and skin-friendly water quality without the addition of chlorine-based products.
Arrival and minimum stay
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be stored from 12 pm on request. Minimum stay of 7 nights. A surcharge will be charged for bookings below the minimum stay.
Additional costs
The first baby set (cot & highchair) is free, baby: 0 -24 months. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found under: More information on the tourist tax.
Cleaning:
Includes final cleaning, intermediate cleaning only on request (€25.50/hr). Towels/bedding for changing are provided in the house. The service is to be paid in cash on site.
