The villa is an "upside down" house with the 3 bedrooms to make the most of the views, one ensuite and one other family bathroom located on the lower floor. Two of the bedrooms have access to the large terrace with sun beds and the private pool. There is even a view to the sea from this level.

Upstairs is the kitchen fitted with every mod con to help make your holiday as hassle free as possible, plus the living room with access to another large terrace, fitted BBQ and table and chairs, obligatory for those lazy sundowners and eating al-fresco. From this terrace the imposing and beautiful "Black Rock" of Luz.

The living has a large TV and has access internet TV, comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs, plus a WC.

This wonderful villa is only a 5 minute drive from Praia da Luz beach which offers water sports for the adrenalin enthusiast, or just some essential chill time under the sun umbrellas and sun beds which can be rented out for your comfort. The beach also has a large, newly renovated beach restaurant offering both Portuguese and international cuisine.

The village of Luz, once an important fishing village, has many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets, a pharmacist, two supermarkets, offering a myriad of international products, among others.
