**💡 Important Information & House Rules**

- A check-in guide video will be sent before arrival (includes how to use appliances, lights, switches, etc.)
- Please turn off air conditioners, fans, and lights when not in use
- The house is wooden – **no smoking indoors**. You may smoke at the outdoor bar area
- **No durian or mangosteen** inside the house or in the fridge
- **No hair dyeing** inside the rooms
- Any damage or stains (e.g. to bedding, rugs) will incur a replacement fee
- Towels and linens will not be changed during your stay unless you book 5+ nights
- For stays of **5 nights or more**, we provide **a full cleaning service every 3 days**
- For monthly stays, **electricity and water bills are charged separately**
