Villa Cara is a private, comfortable and well equipped villa with huge pool and lovely views. The villa is located in a quiet residential village (Santi Thani). The pool and garden are for your private use and the location of the villa is the northern unspoiled coast of Samui between Maenam and Nathon
There is a private carpark and entrance with stairs into the garden and down to the pool terrace.
The other villa on the property is used by the Owners but they will not be in residence while you are there
Until recently, we built the electricity costs in to the nightly rate. However, we found that aircon units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B8 per unit. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing would equate to B100 per person per day. A water truck costs THB750 and lasts for approximately 1 week
A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.
