This amazing villa, which uniquely blends tradition with a wide range of luxurious facilities, measures 106 square meters and is built upon a fenced private plot of 2.5 acres. The villa can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed, whereas the open-type loft bedroom has two single beds (that can be combined into a double, if you wish!). The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a dining area and a bathroom with a shower.

The Villa is surrounded by carefully tended gardens of plants, flowers and trees, and the
outdoors feature a large swimming pool with a relaxing view of the sea, a stone-built BBQ, an outdoors dining area and an outdoors living room with a built sofa. There is, of course, a parking area as well.
