The cozy tiny house is located in the middle of quiet nature in the small town of Katun, not far from the famous tourist center of Porec.
Surrounded by meadows and forests, you will enjoy a break from everyday life in the Silent Nature Tiny House Porec and can take a great walk in the forest with your four-legged friend practically right on your doorstep, because, strictly speaking, the forest is right in your own garden.
There are no direct neighbors here, the property is protected from view and you will love the peace and nature (located on the outskirts of town).
A small pool (May - September, or depending on the weather) is located in the garden, which is available for your own use and you can start your unforgettable wellness adventure no matter what time of day or night.

A big advantage of the Silent Nature Tiny House Porec is that it has a very good connection to the motorway (approx. 2 km to the entrance/exit) and yet peace and nature are guaranteed here.
The proximity to the city of Porec offers you the opportunity to see many historical and cultural sights. Enjoy the wealth of events this city offers. You can also visit the surrounding towns, such as romantic Rovinj, or take a trip to picturesque Venice, for example by taking the ferry from Porec.

On one level you will find the spacious living/dining area with kitchen, bedroom with double bed, if required a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a bathroom with window, toilet, urinal and shower.

The parking lot is directly in front of the tiny house.
In the cozy outdoor area there is a private pool that invites you to relax.
Porec, the most famous and popular holiday resort in Istria, is located in the middle of the west coast. Porec is a city with rich cultural heritage. Beach lovers will also get their money's worth in Porec, there are numerous free beaches. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from Porec (12 km). The journey to Porec is also very easy to do by bike, the road is in very good condition and the speed limit makes it very pleasant to drive on.
A leisurely walk through the wonderful nature, past meadows and forests to Baderna on a traffic-free hiking trail, is also recommended, directly from the accommodation (approx. 1.5 km).
In Baderna there is a market, restaurant, pizzeria, gas station, etc.

- The Baredine stalactite cave about 15 km from Villa Porec Katun is a geomorphological natural monument and the first cave opened to visitors in Istria. Show cave for tourist visits since 1995.
