This lovely rural villa is situated on a plot of 700m2 and just 1.5 kilometres from the beaches of Nerja. Its landscaped gardens offer views to both the sea and the mountains. Externally the villa boasts a good sized, heated*, private swimming pool (8,5 x 4 m) with an incorporated Jacuzzi of 2.2m in diameter. The gardens are meticulously kept and the lawns are a welcome advantage for families with small children. Six sun loungers are provided, covered porch area with table and chairs, BBQ area and private parking.
