Villa Palmeto is located in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position between the Zingaro nature reserve and San Vito lo Capo, only 4 km from the seaside resort with its beautiful sandy beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Immersed in a lush garden with palm trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Palmeto offers a wonderful view over the bay of San Vito and the famous Tonnara del Secco.

The house also offers a large barbeque area and terrace, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining, sun bathing or simply relaxing in the shade. It also offers internet (wifi).

The villa has direct access to the sea. A stone path which is surrounded by fragrant plants and a staircase lead to the rocky swimming platform below. The entry into the water is via a metal ladder. This sea access is ideal for experienced swimmers who love the opportunity to go for a swim at any time.

In the garden, the villa also has a small compact outdoor tank tub pool (ground/raised ), where you can cool off or relax (dimensions: 2.40m x 2.00m - depth 75cm - maximum 2/3 persons).

The Villa is not suitable for disabled persons and for persons with walking difficulties or restricted mobility

The price shown for high season (28.06-23.08) includes occupancy of the entire villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
