The space
Villa Roselani is characterised by the harmonious plasticity of its building blocks which are fully integrated into the raw Mykonian landscape, giving guests a sense of relaxation and comfort, while forming a welcoming space for guests of all ages.

Villa Roselani features exterior living space areas with a large shaded pergola and a jacuzzi. It also features a shaded dinning area and a backyard with laid back seating and a fire-pit to relax during the evening hours!

There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the house and the property is developed on three levels:

Ground Level/Entrance Level:
A living room with smart TV and aircondition.
A modern and fully equipped kitchen
A double bedroom
A Full Bathroom
A large outdoor dinning terrace with pergola, jacuzzi, bbq and sea views
A backyard - lounge area with a fire-pit, sun-beds and sea views
A large parking area able to accommodate up to 4 cars

Upper Level:
A double bedroom with air condition and en suite bathroom

Lower Level:
A living room area with aircondition
A double bedroom
A twin bedroom with direct access to all outdoor areas

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils and cutlery. The modern and large dining outdoor area offers a marvellous sea view.

House Policies:

The Neighbourhood:
Elia beach is one of the largest sandy beaches of the island with crystal blue waters. Right on the beach is a restaurant with mediterranean cuisine and a beach bar. Guests can walk down to the beach (900m away).
Elia beach is a family-oriented beach equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas. The restaurant serves many tasty Mediterranean dishes (as well as a few vegan options).
