The property is situated in a quaint small village, in the magnificent Boka Bay; and is just 2 km distance away from the historical town of Herceg Novi.

The property includes a lovely garden terrace and swimming pool area; where guests can really enjoy their time, by either relaxing by the pool, or having a barbecue and eating in Mediterranean alfresco style. There are many local restaurants in this area to choose from; and guests can have a larger choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and boutiques in the nearby town of Herceg Novi. Please note that there is one set of stairs leading up to the property, however it should be suitable for most guests.

The property is cleaned on a weekly basis, with a fresh set of bath towels and bed linen supplied on this day.
