Inside the Villa
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you choose to self-cater, including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, extractor, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The living area has a luxurious sofa, cable TV, and direct access to the pool and sun terrace via large floor to ceiling glass doors. There is a also a WC on the ground floor.

The bedroom accommodation is arranged as follows:
The 1st beautifully stylized master bedroom has a double bed, side units, wardrobe, dressing table, a large balcony with spectacular mountain and sea views and en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a double bed, side units, wardrobe, dressing table, U-shaped balcony with fabulous sea and mountain views as well.
The third bedroom has two single beds and side units, a wardrobe and a tiny balcony that overlooks the garden and street.
There is one shared bathroom for second and third bedroom on this floor.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed, side units, wardrobe, dressing table, en-suite bathroom, and opens up to the patio which also has sea and mountain views.

Each bedroom as well as the kitchen is equipped with an air conditioner.

Outside the Villa

Villa Eymen is located in an exclusive elite complex with 24/7 security. Entrance to the property is via a private garden area which also offers parking space. Next to the 40 meter-square private pool, there is also a BBQ area.
