Welcome to my newly renovated and tastefully designed home in Nanaimo. It has 5 large BR; 2 full bathrooms and a common space that can comfortably sleep 17 people. Located 5 mins away from Departure Bay Ferry terminal.

This is a huge home with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a large group of friends and families. You can enjoy the spacious yard while having some outdoor BBQ. If you're lucky, you may have wildlife visitors such as a deer that feeds on the lawn.

The Space:
The house is a two-story home situated on a large 1/4 acre lot. The yard is well manicured for your family and friends to enjoy.

We have 5 large bedrooms; 2 full bathrooms and a common room. House includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining area, 2 living room, entertainment room, and laundry room. Plus Free parking space

Upper suite:

Bedroom 1: King-size bed (sleeps 2 adults)
Bedroom 2: Queenside bed (sleeps 2 adults)
Bedroom 3: Double sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults)
Living room a large sofa (sleep 1 adult)

Lower level:

Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (sleeps 2 adults)
Bedroom 5: 2 Queen-size beds (sleep 4 adults)
Living room: Double sofa bed (sleep 2 adults)
Common area: King size sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults)

Total: 17 adults can sleep comfortably

Guest Access:
All guests have exclusive access to the whole property. The lot is large enough to have privacy from the neighbors. Each new guest will have an access code to enter the house.

The Neighborhood:
We are situated 10 minutes from downtown Nanaimo and the Old City Quarter, 5 minutes from Departure Bay Ferry Terminal. 3 minutes from the Nanaimo Golf Club. 10-minute walk to Departure Bay Beach.

At its heart, the Nanaimo Museum displays exhibits on the city’s industries and indigenous peoples. Near the Harbourfront Walkway, the Bastion is an 1853 wooden tower with cannon firings in summer. Shops and cafes fill the Old City Quarter. Offshore, on Newcastle Island, trails lead to beaches and First Nations sites.

Uber and Lyft is available along with taxi and a bus stop 5 minutes away.

1. Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

2. Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation!

3. BE AWARE that the staircase that leads to the lower level of the house is steep and low headspace.

4. Please note that the premises are not suitable for wheelchair users and may not be suitable for children or individuals with disabilities.

5. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

House Rule:

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

Note: Please be advised that the Barbeque Grill is not available for use at the moment.

Extra Service information details:


1. Early Check-In:

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.

2. Late Check-Out:


Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
