The 140m2 vacation villa "Finca Soliva" is located in Capdepera, a maritime town in northeastern Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The villa consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The villa features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), flat-screen satellite television, a DVD player, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).

Golfers enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic seaside Canyamel Golf and Club de Golf de Son Servera course 10 to 20 minutes (5 to 15 km) from the villa. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Puig de S'Aguila and Cala Provencal hiking areas just 10 to 15 minutes (5 to 20 km) by car from the villa. The Capdepera area currently has 11 cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain countryside. The Palma de Mallorca Airport is about a 1 hour (75 km) drive from the villa.
