Inside this special East Beach villa you will find an updated kitchen with light cabinets and granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop, and a breakfast bar with seating that opens the kitchen to the dining and living rooms. The spacious living room features a gas fireplace with stunning tile surround and built-in entertainment display, but the focal point of the space is the never-ending ocean and beachfront views through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to the deck. Each bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom- the master suite with a King bed, guest bedroom with a King bed, and the third bedroom displays two queen sized beds.
During the renovation, the sunroom was added, which can be used as an office or study, and provided a longer full covered porch with a nice breeze and wide steps leading to the boardwalk, providing the shortest distance possible to get your toes in the sand!

There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
