A warm and comfortable single-story villa, 5 minutes from the city center, conveniently located in a very quiet residential area (total) with immediate proximity (bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy, deli, pizzeria, bakery, Hameau Stadium and FC Pau stadium).
• Please note that the third bedroom is truly an extra bedroom (single-seater sofa bed) for a child or teenager, preferably.
• A sixth guest can sleep on the very comfortable single sofa in the living room.
• The owners' favorite: a "Guinguette"-style outdoor bar, while respecting the neighborhood.
