Kea, also known as Tzia, is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

This luxurious villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 12,000sq meters, giving one complete privacy. The numerous outdoor seating and dining areas are laid out in such a manner that you can enjoy the sea view and the swimming pool from where ever you sit. There are pool side areas, large covered dining areas, a morning buffet area and much more.

The villa itself consists of a large living room with a fireplace and a separate dining area that seat 14 people. Next to the dining area there is a small fully equipped kitchen. Leading off the dining room is the outside dining area and the morning breakfast buffet room, next to this is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.On the same level as the living room, there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

On the lower floor, that leads directly on to the swimming pool area, there is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second large bedroom with a seating area and an en-suite bathroom. Leading off the second bedroom there is a living room, which has two sofa beds and can be used as a children's bedroom and a kitchenette. Next to this room is a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Outside the house there a swimming pool, a covered dining area that seats 14 people, seating areas for up to 30 people and six chaise lounge.
