The optimal orientation of the house guarantees sun all day long. This area offers pleasant privacy and independence for another family, older children or friends, for example, when staying together.

A further room with a separate bathroom and its own terrace can be accessed from the side of the house.

A level and paved area in front of the house, as well as the estate itself, offer the best conditions for children to move around, play or ride bikes. Among other things, a tennis court, a children's playground and a small communal park are available for free use by the residents of the 34-hectare estate.
