The elegant furnishings run through the entire villa. In the living room you will find a comfortable couch for 8 guests, an impressive TV wall in stone look and a modern electric fireplace. The Sonos sound system is integrated in all rooms. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa, on the terrace and on the boat deck. High-quality landscape audios are installed outside.
The open-plan kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a 5-zone induction stove, steamer, fridge-freezer with ice cube maker, dishwasher and oven. Coffee lovers will be delighted with the Nespresso coffee machine, Keurig coffee machine and an additional filter coffee machine with milk frother. The dining table offers enough space for the whole family. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub. Two further guest bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The other two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. From here you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva. You can rent a boat for this villa, just ask when booking.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
