The villa consists of two floors. The first floor has the main entrance hall, the kitchen with a utilities room, a bathroom, a bedroom en-suite, living room and dining room with a veranda overlooking the pool area and garden.
The second floor has two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, both rooms have a veranda with direct access to the pool area. Also, on this floor there’s a study or living room for quietness.
Property it’s situated in a residential street, has direct neighbours on one side. Parking is on the roadside.
Walking distance to the local beach “Praia das Maças”, the daily market for fruit and vegetables, also a fish market. Local amenities like supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants and pharmacy, all at 5 min walk. Also, great walks on the cliffs to the next village of Azenhas do Mar or Praia Grande.
Public transports to Sintra and Cascais is by bus and Tram line to Sintra.

The nearby villages are situated on the southwest side of Sintra on the Atlantic Coast, surrounded by a natural reserve park. The closest village is Colares at 2km walk. It’s absolutely delightful and has long been a very popular summer resort. It’s a wine region (DOC), the ramisco vines are some of the oldest in Portugal. Has the Adega Regional in a very beautiful building in the village, they have wine tasting afternoons.
Colares has mild winters, an ideal summer temperature which never gets too hot, the autumn is ideal too, is like a second spring.
The village of “Almoçageme” is nearby, it has the famous “Adraga” beach, was ranked as one of the ’20 perfect European beaches’ by the Sunday Times.
This typical rustic village with its narrowed streets you can find great coffee shops, restaurants and food stores. Every Saturday and Sunday there’s a street market where you can buy fruit and vegetables from local farmers as well as other products such as bread, cheeses, honey, cakes etc.
Another site is “Cabo da Roca”, which is the most westerly point in Europe and has magnificent views. The coast to the north of Cabo da Roca has dramatic cliffs interspersed with rocky beaches and the natural environment is still absolutely unspoiled.
Estoril and Cascais coast are at within easy reach, approximately 15km
Guincho beach with its large dunes exposed to the wind and waves of the east coast. It is a major venue in both the European and the World Surfing and Windsurfing Championships.
There are many excellent fish and seafood restaurants on the coast side with amazing sunset views.
